ALVARADO SCORES FIRST PRO GOAL

Phoenix native Ventura Alvarado, 20, scored his first ever professional goal on Tuesday for Club America in the Copa Mx. With Club America trailing Necaxa 1-0 in the first half, Alvarado headed home the equalizer and from that point Club America had control of the match winning 3-1.
