Club Career

The California native began his professional career south of the border with Pumas UNAM in Mexico City. Magaña began the 2010-11 season with the club's U-17 squad. The follow year, he moved up to the U-20 team. In the 2012-13 season, he continued as the U-20 team's starter, but also made his first team debut in a Copa Mexico match.

International Career

Magaña has not participated in the US national team program as of yet.
