Club Career

Arce came up through the youth systems of Santos Laguna, Monarcas Morelia, and Tijuana. He made his first team debut for Tijuana as a substitute on March 16, 2014 in a Liga MX game against Cruz Azul.

He is currently on loan with Dorados de Sinaloa in Mexico's second division.

International Career

The son of former Mexican international Fernando Arce Sr., the younger Arce is eligible to play for either Mexico or the United States.

As he was born in Chula Vista, California, he has played for the US Under-20 national team. He made his debut for the team in July 2014 in their 2-1 win over Chile.
