Gloster would start his development in the game by playing with various teams in the New Jersey area before moving on to train at the New York Red Bulls Academy. He then signed a contract with the team and made his first appearance for their reserve team in a game against Orlando City B in August 2016. The appearance would make him the youngest American to ever play in a USL game.
In March 2018, Gloster headed across the Atlantic to sign with Hannover in Germany. He would spend most his time with the youth teams during his stay with the team.
In August 2019, he would move to Holland to sign with PSV Eindhoven following the two teams agreeing to a transfer.
Gloster has so far represented the United States at youth level.
He would play for the Under-20 team at both the 2017 and 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cups.
