Jeremiah White's search for a stable club situation has brought him to Germany, where he is currently training with 2. Bundesliga team Alemannia Aachen.
Aachen announced on their website that he arrived on Wednesday for a trial and is expected to stay with the team through Saturday.
He participated in their pre-season game against nearby 3. Liga team SC Preußen Münster on Thursday, playing the second half of what ended as a scoreless draw between the two teams.
White spent a three-year spell with Danish club AGF Aarhus, helping the team gain promotion to the Superligaen, before parting ways midway through the 2009-10 season.
In the time since, he has had shorter spells with Ettifaq FC of the Saudi Premier League and GKS Bełchatów in the Polish top flight, however was unable to latch onto either team for a long-term deal.
He trained briefly with Philadelphia Union of MLS earlier this year as the team began their preparations for the 2011 season, although left without a contract and has been without a club in the time since.
While finishing the last two seasons in the middle of the 2. Bundesliga standings, Aachen were one of the division's most attack-minded teams, finishing third in terms of goals scored. A leaky defense was however their Achilles heel, with their record of 60 allowed being the second-worst of teams which finished above the relegation spots.
Should White join the team, he will have a short time to acclimatize, as they already begin their 2011-12 campaign on July 16 with a trip east to Erzgebirge Aue.
