JAMIE HILL - Friday, July 29, 2011
Former U-17 striker Stefan Jerome made his first appearance for Sigma Olomouc this Friday, coming on as a substitute in the 75th minute.

The native of Davie, Florida signed with Traffic Sports in 2010 and joined the Traffic-owned Miami FC, where he made seven appearances in the USSF Divsion 2 Professional League.

In February 2011, Jerome was loaned to Sigma Olomouc, a club in the Czech top division. He spent the season primarily with the Sigma's reserve team, although he made the first team's bench on three occasions.

Jerome, who will turn 19 in August, returned to Sigma on loan for the 2011-12 season. His debut comes in Sigma's first game of the season, a promising sign for a player striving to establish himself in the first team.
