Robbie Rogers' time at Leeds United could be coming to an abrupt end, less than a year after joining the club.
On Thursday, the Yorkshire Post reported that Rogers along with Danny Pugh were going to be put on the transfer list as the club seeks to raise money.
They also have Billy Paynter, Paul Rachubka, Paul Connolly, and another MLS alum, Ramon Nunez on their list of players available for transfer.
The club is currently in the middle of a difficult financial period and a bid for the team to current owner Ken Bates recently fell through.
The club is trying to use the proceeds from the transfer of players to buy a striker.
Rogers, 25, joined Leeds United in January but struggled with injuries in the second half of the season. He played in just four games for a total of 42 minutes.
