Hoffenheim's American winger Joe Gyau could soon be off to St. Pauli on loan.

Sources have told YA that Gyau is currently in St. Pauli right now has the two teams are trying to work out a loan for the former US U-23 wingers.

Gyau one of the top prospects in the US system and last year he was a regular with the Hoffenheim U-23 team and made his professional debut for the first team a German Cup game. He made the bench in several Bundesliga games but was an unused sub each time.

If an agreement is in place, it would have to be made before the closing of the summer transfer window on August 31. St. Pauli is currently in the 2.Bundesliga.

I hope he plays and begins to make a name for himself.

If he is not really in Hoffenheims first team plans this season then this is a very logical move for him. Good luck to him. He has potential, but still is a little raw.
