Bryan Gerzicich and Ironi Kiryat Shmona will attempt to bounce back after a tough midweek State Cup final loss when they host Maccabi Haifa on Saturday.

Ironi Kiryat Shmona - Maccabi Haifa

The Blue Lions will be playing for pride this weekend as they've already been mathematically ruled out of a spot in Europa League qualifying and may rest some of the normal starter's after going to penalty kicks against Ramat Gan on Wednesday.

Haifa has clinched Europa qualification and may also rest several starters.

Saturday will mark the last home game in Northern Israel for Gerzicich, whose contract is up at the end of the season. He has had three successful years at the 2011-2012 Israeli League Champions and is expected to sign outside of Israel next season.

Haifa had a chance to catch champions Maccabi Tel Aviv but faltered down the stretch, going 0-2-2 over their last four matches in the league. They are lead by striker's Wiyam Amasha and David Ndlovu, who have combined for 20 goals this season.

Gerzicich could make his 95th appearance for the Blue Lions on Saturday against Maccabi Haifa.

Notes

Leonard Krupnik and Maccabi Netanya's season ended as they were relegated into Liga Leumit.

Ryan Adeleye and Hapoel Ashkelon face Hapoel Kfar Saba on Monday in Liga Leumit relegation playoffs.
