Carlos Bocanegra and Racing Santander face tough test against Real Madrid's B team this weekend at El Sardinero.

Racing Santander - Real Madrid II

Bocanegra and Santander are squarely in the relegation zone after another disappointing loss last week at the hands of Almería. The Highlanders are seven points from safety with just five matches remaining.

Real Madrid's youth team comes into the match in 10th place and unbeaten since March 30th. The potent offense has scored 19 goals in the last five matches and Santander has struggled to defend late in games. They have already broken their club record of 71 goals in a season with five matches left to play.

The Highlanders have also struggled finding the goal and have just 35 all season. They have lost four straight matches and scored just twice.

Real are lead by a trio of talented young strikers; Jesé Rodríguez has 20 goals, Álvaro Morata has 9 and heralded Russian youngster Denis Cheryshev has 11.Cheryshev and Rodríguez have already made their senior club debuts under José_Mourinho.

If Bocanegra and Santander are to take any points away from the match, they must stop these high scoring threats.

Santander will be without Andrija Kaluđerović, who suffered a thigh injury last week but are optimistic that Marti Crespi will return in time for Sunday's match.

Oguchi Onyewu and Málaga host Sevilla on Sunday, with the American a possible stand-in for suspended Martin Demichelis.
