USA TO FACE BOSNIA IN SARAJEVO
EXTRA TIME
RJ DEMELLO - Thursday, June 20, 2013
In an announcement Thursday US Soccer made official the plans for a friendly match that sees the United States Men's National Team take on Bosnia-Herzegovina August 14th in Sarajevo.

The Wednesday match-up will be the United States' last before World Cup Qualifying resumes and will also be the first ever meeting between the two countries.

The United States continues a busy summer schedule with the upcoming Gold Cup in July before making the trip to Bosnia on a FIFA Match Day. The red white and blue started the summer with wins in four out of five games, three of which being in World Cup Qualifiers.

Bosnia-Herzegovina come into the match on the heels of a so far excellent qualifying campaign of their own that has them now ranked the highest the country has ever been, 15th in the world. They sit atop Group G, three points clear of Greece.
