American midfielder Conor O'Brien has joined his third Danish Superliga club after transferring from Nordsjaelland to Odense BK and agreeing to a new two year contract.

O'Brien, 24, confirmed the move to YA in a text message on Saturday morning.

O'Brien began his professional career in 2010 when he went undrafted in MLS but moved to Danish lower-league club Blokus. He quickly moved up the ladder where he eventually signed with Sonderjyske in the Superliga.

After a successful time at Sonderjyske from 2011-2012, he transferred in January to defending Superliga champions Nordsjaelland. After just eight months with the club where he saw inconsistent minutes, he will join Odense BK who are sitting in third place in the Superliga standings.
