PREVIEW: PLATENSE - VICTORIA
RECAPS
EXTRA TIME
JACOB CHAMBLISS - Friday, October 25, 2013
Kevin Hoyos and CD Victoria travel to take on Platense on Sunday on the Honduran First Division.

Hoyos came on as a sub in the 55th minute of Victoria's 4-1 loss at home to L.A. Firpo to close out the group stage of the CONCACAF Champion's League. Victoria exited the tournament without having garnered a single point from four games.

Victoria sit in seventh place out of ten teams in the first division, tied on points with Platense, who are in sixth. Victoria's last league game ended a 2-1 loss against Marathon on October 12.

Kevin Hoyos has scored seven goals from midfield this season for Victoria, tying him for sixth in the league through 13 games. He has hinted of a possible move to MLS for he and his older brother, Michael, though this information has not been confirmed by any official source.

The game is scheduled for kickoff at 5 pm ET.
