BRANDON WIGGINS - Monday, December 9, 2013
Alejandro Bedoya scored the deciding goal on the road for FC Nantes in a huge win for the club over Marseilles on Friday.

In the 16th minute of the match, Filip Djordjevic crossed the ball to Bedoya in the center of the penalty box and Bedoya quickly knocked the ball into the left-hand corner of the goal.

Bedoya played until the 64th minute when he was subbed out for Jordan Veretout as Nantes held on for the win.

Bedoya has now scored goals in two straight matches for Nantes, as he had a goal in a stellar performance for Nantes against Valenciennes earlier in the week. For the Ligue 1 season so far Bedoya has three goals, good for second on the team behind Djordjevic.

With this win, Nantes has jumped ahead of Marseille to 4th place in the Ligue 1 standings, though they sit seven points behind the third place Lille.

Bedoya and Nantes' next match will be this weekend when they host Toulouse.
