Emerson Hyndman made his debut for Hibernian in the Scottish Premier League while Emmanuel Sabbi bagged two goals for Hobro in their win in the Danish Superliga.

Scotland

Hibernian were responsible for both goals in the game as they shared the points with St. Johnstone following a 1-1 tie at
McDiarmid Park.

The game marked the league debut of Emerson Hyndman following his loan move from Bournemouth. He started the game and played 63 minutes in the contest.

Hibs defender Ryan Porteous would give their host the lead in the 22nd minute when he inadvertenly deflected a shot from Tony Watt.

Oliver Shaw would level the score in the 51st minute after some teamwork between him and teammate Martin Boyle allowed him to head in his effort at the back post.

The time leaves Hibs in second place in the standings with four points.

Denmark

Emmanuel Sabbi helped Hobro get their first win of the Danish Superliga season as he scored twice and then held on for the 3-2 win over OB Odense at the DS Arena.

The forward scored his first goal in the 25th minute when he pounced on a loose ball in the area following a throw-in.

Sabbi did not wait long to grab his second of the game three minutes later when he collected a pass from Edgar Babayan at midfield and slipped past three defenders before unleashing his shot past OB goalkeeper Sten Grytebust.

OB defender Alexander Ludwig scored Hobro's third goal in the 35th minute when the host made another attack towards goal. Grytebust did well to make the save on the initial shot, but the rebound ricocheted off Ludwig and into the goal.

However, Hobro had to hold on as OB came close to salvaging a point.

Nicklas Helenius got one back for the visitors in the 75th minute when his long-range free kick hit the back of the net.

Rasmus Festersen then made it a one-goal game in stoppage time when he volleyed in a shot following a corner kick.

It was not enough though as Hobro escaped with the win.

Hobro currently sits in 12th place in the standings with four points.
