It was a big weekend for Jonathan Amon in Denmark while Andrija Novakovich and Fortuna Sittard came out on top in their game against Erik Palmer-Brown and NAC Breda.

Denmark

Jonathan Amon's goal set Nordsjaelland on their way as they came away with a big 4-1 win over FC Randers at the
Right to Dream Park.

The 19-year-old may be young and still making his way into the team, but when he is given the opportunity he does not disappoint.

Amon opened the scoring for the host in the 23rd minute when he ran onto a pass from teammate Mohammed Kudus and curled his shot past Randers goalkeeper Patrik Carlgren.

Andreas Olsen doubled Nordsjaelland's lead after the half-hour mark when he steered the ball home following a low cross from Mikkel Damsgaard. Olsen added another in the 52nd minute, with Amon providing the assist.

Ulrik Jenssen rounded out the score for the Wild Tigers in the 86th minute as he pounced on the loose ball from a corner kick.

Joel Allansson scored a consolation goal for Randers deep into stoppage time.

Nordsjaelland sits in seventh place in the standings with 12 points.

Elsewhere in Superliga action, Emmanual Sabbi started for Hobro as they shared the points with Vendsyssel after a 1-1 tie.

Mike Lansing watched from the bench for Aalborg in their 1-1 tie with Vejle.

Holland

In the big clash among Americans in the Eredivisie, Erik Palmer-Brown and NAC Breda took on Andrija Novakovich and Fortuna Sittard with the forward's team coming away with a 3-2 win at the Rat Verlegh Stadion.

Both players started for their respective teams.

Although four games into the the Eredivisie season prior to this game, both teams have had slow starts and were looking to get their campaigns going.

And Breda would get off to a good start four minutes into the game when Mitchell te Vrede finished off a cross from teammate Paolo Fernandes.

However, Ahmed El Messaoudi would level the score four minutes from halftime for Sittard after playing a one-two with Lisandro Semedo before finishing past goalkeeper Benjamin van Leer.

El Messaoudi doubled his tally as he gave Sittard the lead in the 53rd minute when his long-range strike got past van Leer.

However, Breda found the equalizer in the 71st minute when Gervane Kastaneer, who came off the bench, to score.

Sittard would have the last laugh though as Branislav Ninaj's close-range strike found the back of the net after a scramble in the area.

The win puts Sittard in 11th place in the standings with five points while Breda sits in 17th place with three points.

Down in the Eerste Divisie, Kyle Scott started for Telstar in their 2-0 loss to Cambuur.

Scotland

Emerson Hyndman started for Hibernian as they came away with a 3-2 win over Kilmarnock. Hibs sits in fifth place in the standings with eight points.

Spain

Shaq Moore came off the bench for Reus Deportiu as they came away with a 1-0 win over Tenerife.

Switzerland

Kekuta Manneh started for St. Gallen in their 3-2 win over Neuchatel Xamax.

Sweden

Alex De John started for Dalkurd while Andrew Stadler watched from the bench as they settled for a 0-0 tie with Kalmar.

Romain Gall watched from the bench for Malmo in their 3-2 win over Ostersunds.

Norway

Stefan Antonijevic started for Lillestom in their 3-0 loss to IK Start.
