Niko Gkionis is expected to start on Sunday afternoon against Boussu Dour Borinage, but Laurent Manuel will not take part in Ostende's game this weekend in Exqi League action.

Boussu - Royal Liege

Still rooted to the league's bottom place, Royal Liege will be looking to pick up three valuable points in their last game of the year when they travel to Boussu for a Sunday matinee.

New Jersey native Niko Gkionis, who recently broke into the first team will be looking to make his third consecutive start for the injury plagued Blood and Marine. Liege have a pair of ankle injury casualties in Bryan Melisse and Hans Dibi, while defender Laurent Gomez is suffering from a knee problem and Jan-Sebastian Legros will miss out with a calf strain.

Others with minor injuries are Gilles Cezar, Christophe Kinet and Pino Canale. The trio are expected to make the game day roster but will be assessed prior to kick-off to determine eligibility.

Boussu, who are currently in 13th place, will welcome back Stéphane Coqu in goal however, former Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Stéphane Stassin will miss out due to injury.

Although the season still has another set of games next weekend, Royal Liege have a bye, so will start their Christmas vacations earlier, depending on this result.

Fourth place Ostende will host sixth place Mons but Laurent Manuel will not be on the team sheet for the encounter.
