RICH FIDLER - Thursday, February 11, 2010
American midfielder Charles Kazlauskas will travel to his former club on Friday night when Helmond Sport visits FC Oss, formerly TOP Oss.

The Wisconsin native spent five seasons playing for the team that calls Heesen Yachts Stadium home. As primarily a wing defender under head coach Hans de Koning, he had 124 appearances and 11 goals for Oss.

Jürgen Streppel will be unable to call upon midfielder Daniël Guijo-Velasco, who is recovering from a broken metatarsal bone in his foot.

The home team is coming off a 0-0 tie against the Go Ahead Eagles on Monday night, midfielder Richard Haklander and defender Regilio Jacobs both picking up yellow cards.

Oss has struggled this season under de Koning, currently sitting in last place in the Jupiler League with just 15 points in 22 games.

In an attempt to strengthen the club after losing striker Karim Fachtali to FC Omniworld, 19-year old Kevin Figs has joined FC Oss from the youth ranks of Dutch Eredivisie club Roda JC.
