RICH FIDLER - Thursday, February 25, 2010
Coming off a pair of victories last weekend, Helmond Sport will host FC Volendam on Friday night.

American Charles Kazlauskas will start in a midfield decimated by injuries for Jürgen Streppel's team.

Midfielders Daniël Guijo-Velasco and Bruno Fernandes de Brito are both out of action until at least mid-March with a foot and thigh injury respectively.

Rob van der Sluijs suffered a broken nose against FC Oss on Monday night, but the defender is expected to be available along with Jeroen Veldmate who returns from his one-game suspension.

The visitors, who were relegated from the Eredivisie after their 18th place finish last season, are coming off a 2-2 draw against MVV Maastricht.

Starting striker Jack Tuyp, whose status for Friday is unknown, left the game last Friday at halftime due to injury and was replaced by Rowin van Zaanen.

The "Other Orange" and their head coach Edward Sturing have struggled this season since being relegated, currently sitting in 14th place, having lost the earlier meeting between the two teams.
