RICH FIDLER - Saturday, March 6, 2010
Hemond Sport's impressive four game winning streak was ended on the road to FC Den Bosch on Friday evening.

American midfielder Charles Kazlauskas once against received the start and went the full 90 minutes as a visitor.

Diangi Matusiwa put the home team ahead in the 33rd minute. The striker received a ball from his partner Paul Jans just outside the penalty area and neatly put the ball past the out-stretched arms of Helmond goalkeeper Robert Van Westerop.

The visitors head coach Jürgen Streppel would bring on offensive minded substitute's Vincent Weijl and Sjaak Lettinga in the second half and the move paid off in the 71st minute.

Marc Höcher free-kick from outside the penalty area found the head of Johan Voskamp who flicked the ball to the opposite corner for his team leading 17th goal of the year.

The home team wasn't done and Den Bosch 's leading scorer Fabio Caracciolo would provide the dagger. Just seconds in to second-half stoppage time, the Belgium striker hit a free-kick from just outside the penalty area that leapt over the wall and in to the near corner.

A quick turn-around in the schedule will hopefully allow for a quick recovery as Helmond hosts Fortuna Sittard on Monday evening.
