Charles Kazlauskas will hope to continue their winning ways in Holland as Helmond Sport take on Telstar on Friday.

Preview: Helmond Sport - Telstar

Following a 2-1 victory over Excelsior on the road last Friday, Helmond returns home this Friday to face struggling Telstar.

American Charles Kazlauskas will start in Jürgen Streppel's midfield, a midfield that is still waiting for the recovery of one of their regular starters during the middle of the season.

Bruno Fernandes de Brito is still recovering from a lower body injury, while his midfield partner Daniël Guijo-Velasco made a second half substitutes appearance in last Friday's victory.

The teams both faced each other in late August, with Helmond Sport winning 4-1 thanks to a pair of goals from Marc Höcher. Telstar had two players, goalkeeper Andre Krul and Erwin Koen, ejected from that previous meeting.

Head coach Edward Metgod relies heavily on striker Glynor Plet and his 17 goals on the season. Despite his success the team currently sits tied for last place in the Jupiler League with FC Oss.

Despite two early goals last Friday for Telstar, they were unable to hold the lead late and drew 2-2 with RBC Roosendaal.

A big question for U.S. fans heading into the World Cup is surely on Jozy Altidore and just what is plaguing the young striker at Sunderland.
