JON VAN WAGENEN - Friday, April 30, 2010
Ryan Miller and Halmstad will try to make it two in a row as they hit the road while suspended Alejandro Bedoya will watch as Örebro try to protect their top-four standing.
IF Brommapojkarna - Halmstads BK
Ryan Miller will look to lead Halmstad to a second straight win in Bromma on Sunday while Michael Thomas will hope to see more substitute minutes.
Halmstad climbed past the Bromma Boys to seventh in the standings thanks to Anselmo's second goal of the season on Wednesday which pushed them past Gefle in a tight contest.
American Michael Thomas made his third appearance of the season in that game as an 88th minute sub, and will be ready for another cameo should coach Lars Jacobsson need to call upon the midfielder once again.
Brommapojkarna have managed an even record of three wins, draws and losses through nine games despite having no player with more than one goal scored this season.
Bromma's John Guidetti, an 18-year old Swede on loan from Man City, scored one goal and set up another as he made his first appearance in Gefle last weekend but played only a half hour in the following 1-0 loss to Elfsborg.
Ljungskile - Falkenbergs
Nick Noble and Ljungskile will look to climb out of the Superettan basement as they play host to Falkengergs.
The problem for Ljungskile hasn't been the American goalkeeper, but a complete inability to score goals in the season's first three matches. Noble has pitched shutouts for the last two games.
Daniel Alexandersson has two goals and an assist to lead the Falkenberg squad to a respectable four points through their first three games.
Alejandro Bedoya will be suspended for accumulation of yellow cards when Örebro hosts Häcken on Sunday.
Johann Smith will be on the bench for Kalmar for Sunday's away game in Gefle.
