PREVIEW: FULHAM - STOKE
RECAPS
EXTRA TIME
ANDREW VORCE - Wednesday, May 5, 2010
Clint Dempsey will most likely be a starter for Fulham as the American looks to regain his fitness ahead of next week's Europa League Final.

Fulham will be monitoring the fitness of Bobby Zamora, but head coach Roy Hodgson will surely let his player rest as long as possible before he makes his return. Andy Johnson is also sidelined through a knee injury, but Hodgson has an otherwise fully fit squad.

Stoke have been dealt a huge injury blow after Thomas Sørensen was taken out of Stoke's game against Chelsea with a dislocated elbow. Andy Faye is also sidelined for the Potters with a groin injury.

Both squads will be simply playing for positioning at the end of the season, with Fulham two spots and two points above Stoke. A win for Dempsey's squad would see them break into the top ten, and the team could finish higher with a win on the final day.
