TRAFTON KENNEY - Friday, July 16, 2010
Daniel Antunez and FC Inter host islander IFK Marieham while Greg Eckhardt and VPS look to build off of last week;s win versus JJK.

FC Inter - IFK Mariehamn

Antunez and FC Inter hope to continue their move up the standings when they face bottom-dwellers IFK Mariehamn on Sunday.

Antunez started and played the full 90 minutes in the 2-0 win over FC Honka last Friday and is expected to start again in the midfield.

FC Inter coach Job Dragtsma will need to keep his players focused after the team drew KRC Genk in the third round of Europa League qualifying earlier this week.

The team will be boosted by the return of Kennedy Nwanganga, who was back in training this week after missing the win over FC Honka through injury, and is expected to feature against IFK Mariehamn.

FC Inter are without Ville Nikkari who is out with a groin injury.

JJK - VPS

Greg Eckhardt and VPS travel to Jyväskylä on Monday to take on JJK in the 14th round of the Veikkausliiga.

Eckhardt came on as a substitute in last week's 2-1 win over MyPa and played the last 27 minutes.

VPS coach Tommi Pikkarainen will need to make do with a depleted squad with Valtter Laaksonen, Antonio Inutile, Jan Berg, Joacim Tuuri and American goalkeeper Brian Pope all sidelined with long-term injuries.

JJK currently sit in fourth place in the standings and are chasing a spot in UEFA Europa League qualifying.

A big question for U.S. fans heading into the World Cup is surely on Jozy Altidore and just what is plaguing the young striker at Sunderland.
