Alejandro Bedoya and Örebro will try to fight past the core of Sweden's U21 roster while Michael Thomas and Nick Noble look to halt Ljungskile's slide.

Örebro – Malmö

Alejandro Bedoya and third-place Örebro will have a chance to narrow the four point lead of second-place Malmö on Saturday.

Manager Sixten Broström will have to keep his players focused on the task at hand as several have been chosen for their national teams in international action on Tuesday.

Bedoya has been included in the US 18-man roster that meets Brazil in New Jersey on Tuesday. That will serve as a good indication that he has recovered from the foot pain he seemed to be limping from when subbed off in the last match.

Forward Roni Porokara will be a part of the Finland side taking on Belgium, while Michael Almebäck (returning from Allsvenskan suspension) will join the Swedish U21s at St Mirren Park taking on Skotland.

Malmö has four midfielders and a forward on the Swedish U21 team, including leading scorers Agon Mehmeti, Guillermo Mollins.

Mollins has started from bench for the last two games, despite his team high 5 goals. He did get 20 minutes as a sub in the most recent victory over GAIS.

Malmö has recently picked up Yago Fernandez, a 22-year old Portuguese defender from Espanyol, who plucked him from the Real Madrid youth team.

Keeper John Alvbåge was injured in a collision in the closing minutes of last weeks Örebro victory.

Jasmin Sudic has been battling injuries lately for Malmö.

Falkenberg - Ljungskile

Michael Thomas has had two goals and an assist in his first four games for Ljungskile, but the strong run for the forward has coincided with a precipitous decline for the team.

Four matches ago, the club was pressing towards a promotion, in fourth place. Three draws and a loss have seen the Bohusläners drop six spots in a crowded pack.

Five games without a loss have allowed Falkenberg to move just above the relegation zone.

The mission for American goalkeeper Nick Noble is clear: stop Daniel Alexandersson, the 32 year old forward's 9 goals equal the production of the rest of the team combined.

Genalvo da Silva Oliveira a Ljungskile is suspended.

Barring surprise Swedish U21 selectee Emil Salomonsson, will start at right back for Halmstad instead of Ryan Miller.
