Carlos Bocanegra and Saint Etienne will try to work their way back up the Ligue 1 standings when they travel to AS nancy on Saturday.

Bocanegra will likely get the nod to start in defense for the contest at Stade Marcel Picot in Tomblaine.

Saint Etienne's league winless streak has now reached six after last week's draw at home versus Auxerre but still they find themselves just five points behind the leaders, albeit in tenth place.

A trip to the Lorraine region may help solve some of Saint Etienne's goalscoring ways as Nancy are prone to cough up goals at home including a 0-4 bulldozing by AS Monaco.

Saint Etienne will be missing Faouzi Ghoulam and Sidimane Sagna due to injury.

Nancy will be without injured defender Mickaël Chrétien.
