Up and coming left back Sean Cunningham is currently on trial at Norwegian club Molde FK which team officials confirmed to YA on Tuesday.

"We confirm that Sean Cunningham is on trial here," Molde FK press officer Per Lianes told YA.

A native of Troy Michigan, Cunningham is currently only 17 years old and is unable to sign a professional contract in Norway.

However once he turns 18 on January 24th, a decision is likely to be made then as to whether or not Molde will offer him a contract.

Cunningham will hope to become the second player from Michigan on the club.

Last week Josh Gatt, from Plymouth, Michigan, transferred to the club after impressing new head coach and former Manchester United legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The 6'2"Cunningham has spent some time with US youth programs, the most recent being with the U-18 national team.
