Christian Camacho and Sfintul Gheorghe will aim to play spoiler this weekend when they pay a visit to 10-time defending Moldovan Divizia Nationala champions Sheriff.

Camacho will take his usual starting spot in the Sfintul lineup at midfielder for Saturday's affair.

These two teams faced against each other just last month in what was a pulsating encounter that ended in a 1-1 draw.

Even though Sheriff are the giants of Moldovan soccer, Camacho and company brushed aside their opponent's pedigree and nearly stunned the reigning league champions.

Sfintul led 1-0 before a second half goal allowed Sheriff to equalize. Still, Sfintul held on for a badly needed point while denying Sheriff of two points.

Those two points have become a critical part of the Divizia Nationala title chase as upstarts Dacia hold a two point edge over Sheriff with 11 weeks remaining.

As for Sfintul, they currently sit in last place with 14 points, a total they share with fellow strugglers Gagauziya. Both clubs lost in midweek action, Sfintul to Academia UTM.

It was the third consecutive loss for Sfintul that came on the heels of an impressive three match unbeaten streak.

Both coaches will have full squads available.

I hate to be the harbinger of bad news, ladies and gentlemen, but Michael Orozco will start for the US men's national team in Jacksonville.
