It is a quick turnaround for the yanks in England's lower leagues with Frank Simek and Carlisle United hosting Yeovil Town while Mike Grella and Swindon Town welcome in Exeter City.

Carlisle United – Yeovil Town

Frank Simek and Carlisle United take on Yeovil Town in League One play.

Simek started and went the distance in the Cumbrians loss to Brentford. The American defender should again get the start.

Carlisle play Brentford in cup play this coming weekend and coach Greg Abbott could make some changes in this midweek game to rest players.

Yeovil is coming off of two straight wins and is looking to carry that winning streak against Carlisle.

They will be without Sam Williams who is nursing a shoulder injury.

Swindon Town – Exeter City

Mike Grella and Swindon Town take on Exeter City in midweek League One action.

Grella started and placed 84 minutes in Swindon's loss to Brighton this weekend. The American forward should again feature against Exeter.

Swindon are currently in the relegation zone and are in desparate need for three points.

They look to be without Vincent Pericard and Milan Misun who are both suffering from knee injuries.

Exeter are coming off two straight losses and are looking to end this streak with a win.

They will be without Stephen Tully and Scott Golbourne who are both serving red card suspensions.
