PREVIEW: LASK LINZ - WAC/ST. ANDRÄ
RECAPS
EXTRA TIME
CHRISTOPHER ANDERSON - Monday, August 22, 2011
On Monday night Linz face their first decisive game during their stint in the Erste Liga, content with nothing less than a first place finish at the end of the season to get them back in the Bundesliga.

American defender Shawn Barry could make the start for coach Walter Schachner following an injury to starting backline member Christoph Kobleder in last Friday's 3-0 victory over SV Scholz Grödig.

After a few mishaps in the opening games of the season, the Black and Whites have found their rhythm recently, and can take hold of the lead in the standings with a win against the current leaders. Linz has not lost in their past four outings, whereas WAC/St. Andrä is recuperating after a 2-2 draw against First Vienna FC at home.

Although neither squad are reporting major injury absences, WAC/St. Andrä will be without Nenad Jovanovic after picking up a couple of yellow cards in last Friday's draw.
