Matt Pyzdrowski and Lester Dewee could not will Ängelholms FF to a win, while Brian Edwards and Degerfors IF were victorious in a thriller against Vasteras SK FK.

Ängelholms FF 1-2 Landskrona Bois

Matt Pyzdrowski and Lester Dewee both featured in Ängelholms FF surprinsing home loss to Landskrona Bois.

Pyzdrowski started and went the distance while Dewee came on in the 80th minute.

Landskrona‘s Fredrik Olsson opened the scoring in the 12th minute after he knocked home a Patrik Åström pass.

In the 39th minute, Olsson again came up big for Landskrona, as he notched on to another pass from Åström, giving the visitors the crucial lead.

The 59th minute saw Ängelholm's Martin Andersen scre off of a Jonas Lindh pass, putting the hosts back to within striking distance.

Landskrona though kept their cool and held on to the win, giving Ängelholms their first loss in 16 games.

Ängelholms now move out of first place and trail Atvidabergs FF by 2 points in the Superettan standings.

Jakob Augustsson was the only booking for Ängelholms, while Max Mölder received the only yellow card for Landskrona.

Ängelholms next hosts Atvidabergs in a clash between the two best teams in the Superettan. Landskrona will play Assyriska FF next week.

Vasteras SK FK 3-5 Degerfors IF

Brian Edwards and Degerfors IF took down Vasteras SK FK in a thriller this weekend.

Edwards started and went the distance at goal for Degerfors IF.

Mattias Mete opened the scoring for Vasteras, as he took a pass from Philip Tronét and fired home in the first minute of the game.

Peter Samuelsson though leveled the score for Degerfors in the 9th minute after he notched home a Niklas Klingberg pass.

Mete again put Vasteras in the lead in the 27th minute, this time set up by Mark Danielson.

Tobias Solberg and then Martin Broberg scored for Degerfors in the 37th and 56th minute respectively, giving the away team the lead.

Mete then scored his third goal of the game to tie it up for Vasteras in the 67th minute.

But, Andreas Ljunggren Eriksson and Peter Samuelsson scored the fourth and fifth goals for Degerfors, giving them the impressive and thrilling win over Vasteras.

Damir Foric and Mete were booked for Vasteras. Broberg received a yellow card for Degerfors.

Degerfors next takes on Jönköping Södra IF, while Vasteras plays IFK Värnamo.

Jönköping Södra IF 2-1 Ljungskile SK

Nick Noble and Michael Thomas could not help Ljungskile SK this weekend, as they went down to Jönköping Södra IF in Superettan action.

Noble and Thomas started and went the distance for Ljungskile.

Branimir Hrgota opened the scoring for Jönköping in the 26th minute, after he latched onto a Dennis Ostlund pass.

There was no scoring from either team until the 70th minute, when Andreas Tegström doubled the lead for Jönköping.

Alexander Mellqvist scored in the 90th minute for Ljungskile, but it was too little too late.

Tomas Backman and Fredric Fendrich were booked for Jönköping Södra, while oakim Runnemo and Thomas received yellow cards for Ljungskile.

Jönköping next plays Degerfros IF. Ljungskile will travel to take on Östers IF.


Ryan Miller made an appearance in Halmstad BK's tie against Gefle IF FF.

Same Petrone did not dress in Mjälby AIF's scoreless draw against IFK Norrköping FK.
