Alejandro Bedoya will hope to join Carlos Bocanegra and Maurice Edu on the team sheet for the Old Firm clash between Rangers and Celtic at Ibrox Stadium.

Bocanegra and Edu should both start while Bedoya has been passed fit for the home game. Rangers are also boosted by the return of Nikica Jelavic who was out through a knee injury. David Weir is still out of action ,as is Jamie Ness and Lee Wallace.

Celtic captain Scott Brown is fighting against the clock to be fit for when the two Scottish giants collide but was unable to play in the Europa League after struggling with an ankle injury. Anthony Stokes is hindered by a thigh injury which may rule him out of the trip to Ibrox Stadium. Domenic Cervi will look to make the Bench for the traveling Celtic.

Rangers are in prime position after picking up 16 points from six games while Celtic have picked up 15 in the same time. The two power houses are already clear leaders with second place Celtic being six points ahead of fourth placed Kilmarnock.
