Ängelholms FF - Hammarby

Matt Pyzdrowski and Ängelholms FF went down to Hammarby this weekend, ensuring them a promotion playoff against Syrianska FC.

Pyzdrowski started and went the distance for Ängelholms.

The game was important for both teams, as Ängelholms had a chance for automatic promotion and a Hammarby win would ensure them another season in the Superettan.

It was Hammarby though that stood up to the occasion, as Sebastian Bojassén scored deep into stoppage time to the dismay of the home fans.

James Augustsson and Robin Nilsson were booked for Ängelholms while Bojassén and David Johansson received yellow cards for Hammarby.

Ängelholms though still has one last shot for promotion, as they will take on Syrianska in a playoff.

IK Brage 1-1 Degerfors IF

Brian Edwards and Degerfors IF tied IK Brage to finish off their Superettan season.

Edwards started and went the distance as he did for the majority of the year.

After a quiet first half, Peter Samuelsson scored off of a Andreas Ljunggren Eriksson pass in the 52nd minute, putting Degerfors up.

In the 66th minute though, Brage's Johan Eklund scored after teammate Vyacheslav Jevtushenko set him up.

Daniel Åkervall, Pontus Hindrikes, Tobias Johansson, and Johan Eklund were booked for Brage while Niklas Klingberg was cautioned for Degerfors.

Brage now takes on Sylvia in a relegation playoff next week.

Brommapojkarna 3-1 Ljungskile SK

Nick Noble and Michael Thomas could not help Ljungskile SK get a win over Brommapojkarna this weekend.

Noble and Thomas both started and played the full ninety minutes.

Brommapojkarna quickly took a stranglehold of the game as Pablo Pinon Arce scored two goals in the first half, with goals in the 25th and 35th minute.

Erik Nilsson was able to get one back for Ljungskile in the 60th minute, injecting some life into the visiting team.

But, Serge-Junior Martinsson Ngouali put the game away for Brommapojkarna as he scored in the 81st minute.

Tobias Mikaelsson received a yellow card for Ljungskile.

Both teams ended their Superettan season, as neither was relegated nor promoted.

Ryan Miller did not feature in Halmstad's game against Mjällby. American Sam Petrone was not used for Mjällby.
