GYAU INKS NEW THREE YEAR CONTRACT

American winger Joe Gyau agreed to a new professional contract that will keep him at Hoffenheim through the 2014/2015 season.

"Joe Gyau has agreed to a three year contract with Hoffenheim," Gyau's agent Adam Davis told YA on Friday morning.

Gyau,19, has yet to make his Bundesliga debut with Hoffenehim but he has made the matchday 18 thee times for the club.

Gyau has been a regular with Hoffenheim's U-23 team where he has played in 18 games and has scored one goal.

Born in Washington, DC and is the son of former US international Philip Gyau, Joe Gyau has also been part of US youth national teams at both the U-17, U-20, and U-23 levels.

Hoffenheim are enjoying a solid season are currently sit in ninth place and are only four points out of sixth place and a spot in next year's Europa League.

What are you talking about hoppy?! Are you saying every other German player on our team is NOT American because they weren't born in the USA?! You got some issues man! Any person that is born from parents are American make them what?! Fill in the blanks man! Damn

This is great news! Apparently they have big plans for the kid at Hoffenheim! Now that we will have an American-BORN player joining Fabian Johnson and Danny Williams at the big club, TSG 1899 will be an easy Bundesliga side to cheer for....
