Sacha Kljestan and Anderlecht host Genk, while Devann Yao and Boussu-Dour kick off across the capital city when they take on FC Brussels.
Anderlecht - Genk
The Belgian champions will hope to keep their focus after the midweek celebrations for making it into the Champions League group stages when they host former champions Genk at the Stade Constant Vanden Stock.
American midfielder Sacha Kljestan may start the game on the bench after putting in a pair of 90 minute performances against Leuven last weekend and then in the Champions League playoff against Limassol midweek.
The team is pretty fit at this stage with the only key player missing being Matias Suarez, who should be back in action soon after a knee injury.
KRC Genk has not submitted an injury report as of yet since they are in Europa League qualifying action on Thursday night, so if all goes well they are likely to have a full squad to choose from for the weekend game.
Last weekend however, they could only muster a 3-3 tie against Cercle Brugge.
FC Brussels - Boussu-Dour
New Yorker Devann Yao has found himself back in the first team having logged 75 minutes in the last two games and will look to be on the field at kickoff when the Walloonian team take on FC Brussels on Saturday evening.
At the moment Boussu-Dour will have to get along without a pair of players. Both defender Maxime Lemoine and front man Adrien Leclercq are out due to injuries. For Brussels, Kevin Tunani will miss the game due to a red card suspension.
Boussu Dour currently has three points after a pair of games, while the boys from the capital could only manage a draw and a loss in their first two games.
