Stuart Holden played his first league game in almost two years in Bolton's win over Peterborough United, while Frank Simek's Carlisle United had a game to forget in their loss to Walsall.

Stuart Holden came on in the 24th minute to finish the game in Bolton's win over Peterborough United.
This was Holden's first league game in over 23 months for the Trotters. The former Dynamo midfielder had taken part in two FA Cup games prior to this match.
Tim Read did not dress for Bolton.
Bolton opened the scoring in the 5th minute when Jay Spearing's corner kick was headed in by Craig Dawson.
In the 24th minute Mark Davies injured his knee and was taken off for Holden.
The victory for Bolton extends their unbeaten run to five games. In that span they have won three games and now find themselves in 10th place in the Championship.
Bolton takes the road on Saturday to take on Barnsley.
Carlisle United 0-3 Walsall
It was a game to forget as Frank Simek's Carlisle United went down to Walsall at Brunton Park.
The American fullback went the distance as usual for the Cumbrians.
Walsall opened the scoring early as Carlisle's ‘keeper took down James Chambers in the box, resulting in a penalty kick that William Grigg buried in the 3rd minute.
In the 66th minute Walsall doubled their lead as Grigg managed to beat Gillespie from just inside the box with a low shot.
Grigg finished his hat trick in the 88th minute with another goal from just inside the penalty area for Walsall.
The Cumbrians winless skid extends to four games and they are just six points from the drop zone. They look to bounce back this weekend against Notts County.
Middlesbrough 0 - 2 Chelsea

Seb Hines entered the game in the 36th minute for an injured Andre Bikey-Amougou.
After a scoreless first half, Ramires opened the scoring in the 51st minute with a half volley that was set up by a ball off Fernando Torres' shoulder.
In the 73rd minute, Nigerian Victor Moses gave Chelsea a 2-0 lead when he took a pass from Eden Hazard and sent a shot past Jason Steele for an insurmountable lead.
Middlesbrough will return to action this Saturday when it hosts Cardiff City.
Zak Whitbread dressed but did not feature in Leicester City's win over Blackburn.
Mike Grella did not feature in Scunthorpe United's win over Stevenage.
Jon Paul Pittman did not make the gameday lineup in Oxford United's big win over League Two leaders Gillingham.
