Clark back in better times at Houston
MATHEW WAGNER - Wednesday, February 22, 2012
After featuring in one match for Eintracht Frankfurt, Ricardo Clark will be plying his trade elsewhere for the rest of the season.

According to kicker, Eintracht may loan Clark, 29, to Norwegian club Stabaek IF. Hessicher Rundfunk also reported that Clark could be at Stabeck until July 31st, quoting his agent Brian Eylert.

After making the move from the Houston Dynamo to Frankfurt in 2010, the defensive midfielder has featured in 15 matches, 14 of which came in the Bundeliga before the team was relegated last season.

Clark has not played for Eintracht since July 25th, 2011, a 1-1 tie against St. Pauli, however.

Eintracht coach Armin Veh does not consider him apart of the player pool for selection, according to kicker. After returning from the U.S. camp in January, it became clear that Clark needed to find playing time elsewhere.

Last season, Stabeck finished 10th in the Tippeligaen, Norway's top division. The team's season starts March 25th against Aalesund.
