PREVIEW: DEN BOSCH - HELMOND SPORT
Charles Kazlauskas and Helmond will try to surge to the top of the Eerste Divisie standings on Monday when they take on red-hot Den Bosch.
Helmond's Friday-evening victory over Eindhoven combined with losses by two of the three teams ahead of them in the standings has once again put the possibility for the division championship in sight.
Currently, they are one point out of first, although having played one more game and having a vastly inferior goal differential compared to the three teams ahead of them, will need to be close to perfect over the final seven games of the regular season.
Points won't come easy at their opponents Den Bosch, as the team has gone undefeated so far in league play in 2013, with their last division loss coming in late-December.
Helmond won the first meeting back in late-August with a 2-0 score, and will hope to pull a repeat on Monday in order to have a chance to end this round of games atop the standings.
Neither team is reporting any absences.
