US U-17 head coach Richie Williams announced his roster for the upcoming World Cup qualifying tournament in Panama.

On the 20 player roster, 19 players come from the U-17 residency program. The lone exception is Joel Sonora who currently plays at Boca Juniors in Argentina. The team's captain is right back Shaquell Moore.

The team will begin its World Cup qualifying campaign on April 7 against Haiti followed by its second group stage game against Guatemala on April 11. The top two teams from each group of three will advance to the quarterfinals and the winner of each quarterfinal game will qualify for the U-17 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates starting in October
