Nick Noble recorded another shutout as Ljungskile rolled to victory over visiting Jönköpings Södra on Saturday at Starke Arvid Arena in Ljungskile.

Noble manned the pipes in another successful effort for the western Swedish team who are now starting to entertain thoughts of promotion back to the Allsvenskan.

Ljungskile were last in Sweden's top level during the 2008 campaign.

Two first half goals in the span of three minutes were all the hosts needed to seal the victory.

Brazilian Josemar Santana Silva got things going in the 21st minute when he tapped in Martin Smedber's pass to put Noble and company in the lead.

A mere two minutes later Gabriel Vanneryr added his second goal in as many weeks when he pounced on a ball that had squibbed loose after Johan Patriksson's collision with the Jönköpings Södra's which was not whistled for a foul.

Noble did well to lock down the visiting attack helping Ljungskile to another victory which puts them in fourth place in the Superettan standings with 20 points and just three points shy of first place and the automatic promotion berth.

Next up for Noble and Ljungskile is a Swedish Cup affair next weekend with Gefle.
