PREVIEW: ANDERLECHT - CERCLE BRUGGE
MICHAEL ADUBATO - Friday, February 11, 2011
In their last league game before returning to Europa League action, Anderlecht will welcome fellow Flemish team Cercle Brugge to Brussels for a first vs. eighth place clash.

Sacha Kljestan will hope to get his starting midfield slot back after putting in just a ten minute shift last weekend in the 2-0 win against St Truiden. Anderlecht had 11 players on international duty during the week but have not yet reported if all have arrived back injury free.

Cercle captain Denis Viane sustained knee damage in last weekend's game against Mechelen and the severity of the injury meant that surgery was required. The Belgian defender is expected to be out of action for at least two months.

Anderlecht will be looking for revenge for their 1 - 0 defeat to the Black & Green in October, while Cercle's main objective is to gather as many points as possible before the end of the regular season and the beginning of the play-off system where the top six teams will compete home and away to determine the league championship. Brugge are currently four points out of a play-off spot with only five games remaining.
