Danish Superligaen action gets back underway, with Clarence Goodson expected to make his Brøndby debut and Michael Parkhurst set to resume starting duties in Nordsjaelland's defense.

Brøndby IF - Lyngby BK

After making the winter move from Norway's IK Start to Denmark, Clarence Goodson is ready to make an impact in Brøndby's central defense, beginning with their home game against Lyngby on Sunday.

Goodson's standout performances with Start in the Norwegian Tippeligaen over the last couple seasons made his signature a hot commodity following the end of his contract, and he will only bolster a Brøndby squad which is looking to be headed for a spot in the Europa League.

The American has been a fixture in his team's defense during their mid-season warm-ups, and he should be slotting directly into their starting lineup for the remaining 14 games of the spring.

Lyngby have been impressive were impressive through the first half of the season in their return to the top flight, currently sitting sixth in the 12-team division with a haul of 23 points from 18 games.

Randers FC - FC Nordsjaelland

Michael Parkhurst will hope to keep his place in the Nordsjaelland defense on Sunday when they visit Randers in a crucial relegation-race six-pointer.

After continuing to feature in the right side of the Wild Tigers' defense, the American looks to keep his starting role as the team faces what could be a tough run during the spring.

They are sitting on a five-point cushion above the relegation zone, however a tight and volatile race amongst the teams in the bottom half could see their position compromised over the space of a few games.

Randers are slightly worse off than their Sunday opponents, sitting perched just two points ahead of Esbjerg and the drop zone, and needing to pull out at least a draw to secure their place for another week.

Chris Rolfe has been left of Aalborg's roster for their Saturday afternoon clash at home against Silkeborg IF while Marcus Tracy is out for the remainder of the season with knee problems.
