PREVIEW: ANDERLECHT - GENK
After losing their first two games in the play-offs, the defending champions will hope to get things back on track when they welcome first place Racing Genk to Brussels on Friday night.
Midfielder Sacha Kljestan has been named to the team roster for the game but coach AriŽl Jacobs has a handful of injured players who will not be able to take part, not to mention the absence of Matias Suarez who saw red against Club Brugge last weekend.
Ziguy Badibanga picked up a hambstring injury last week while Guillaume Gillet will also be missing due to a tooth ache, and Jonathan Legear is still suffering from a knee injury. These players will be assessed prior to the game however.
Front man Tom De Sutter is still out with an abductor tear, while Olivier Deschacht is back in training but will also miss out. On a positive note, Kanu is back from his ankle injury after being sidelined for four weeks.
There are no injury reports forthcoming from the Racing Genk camp.
During the regular season Anderlecht came out 2-1 winners over Genk on the road with a ninth minute strike from Kljestan followed by a second half Romelu Lukaku game winner. At home the champions could only manage a 1-1 draw after a late De Sutter strike.
