PREVIEW: WEEKEND ISRAELI ACTION
DUSTIN BECK - Friday, May 20, 2011
Bryan Gerzicich and Kiryat Shmona will hit the road to play Hapoel Tel Aviv, while another Tel Aviv squad Maccabi, will visit Leo Krupnik and Maccabi Netanya in the the last weekend of league action.

Kiryat Shmona - Hapoel Tel Aviv

Hapoel Tel Aviv will travel to the Municipal Stadium to end league play with host Kiryat Shmona still within reach of a top five finish with a win coupled by a Maccabi Netnya loss.

Bryan Gerzicich should be looking at the usual workload in the middle of the park for Shmona just as he has all season. The dual national leads the team with 33 appearances this season keeping things organized in the midfield.

Hapoel Tel Aviv defeated Kiryat Shmona nine days ago in a State Cup match 2-0, but may have some new faces in the lineup Saturday with their number two spot in the league table locked in.

Maccabi Tel Aviv - Maccabi Netanya

Netanya will make the last road trip of the season to Tel Aviv with almost a miracle needed to leap frog Bnei Yehuda into fourth place.

Leo Krupnik and his Netanya side will have to play with a since attacking from the beginning to hope for a move up the table as they trail Yehuda by five goals.

Yehuda will be facing league champion Maccabi Haifa.

The match at Bloomfield Stadium marks the end of the season for both squads so there will be chances of seeing some new faces in both lineups, however Krupnik is expected to assume his usual position along the backlines.

Netanya has made very few lineup changes throughout the season and Krupnik already has 31 appearances.

Tel Aviv may have a lot olf different players in its lineup with several players gone to a Czech Repulic elite youth level tournament
