Jurgen Klinsman today announced a 20 man roster for the annual upcoming friendlies against Venezuela and Panama.

The games will not take place during an international window so only players from MLS and Scandinavian leagues were chosen. The lone exception is Ricardo Clark who is at Eintracht Frankfurt.

Also, at the same time as this camp there will be a US U-23 camp taking place in Los Angeles and many of the top young American players will be there.

The biggest omissions are MLS standouts Robbie Rogers and Tim Ream who have both played for the US team under Klinsmann. Ream is reportedly missing the camp because of his wedding on January 7. Rogers has been rumored to have interest from European teams but it is unclear if that is why he is not with the team.

The United States will take on Venezuela on January 21 in Arizona then will travel to Panama City to take on Panama on January 25.
