DAVID SMITH - Friday, April 6, 2012
Charles Kazlauskas should make his return to the field for Helmond on Friday evening when they try to extend their remarkable 13-game unbeaten streak with a visit from 11th-place FC Volendam.

Helmond come into the game undoubtedly as the hottest team in the Dutch second-tier, not only having avoided defeat in their 13 games of 2012, but also having won their last six on the bounce.

Friday will undoubtedly be a welcomed opportunity for revenge, as their last loss came in mid-December at the hands of Volendam in a tough 3-1 road loss.

Volendam striker Jack Tuyp scored two in that game, and is almost certain to be at the thick of the action on Friday as he looks to add to his Jupiler League-leading total of 19 goals so far this season.

Nevertheless, Helmond are on such a tear that they will be confident of taking all three points from an 11th-place team that had struggled heavily before running off two straight league wins.

Should they do so, it will only solidify their fourth-place spot, and give them a strong chance of topping the fourth-period standings on the way to yet another playoff run.

Neither team is reporting any injuries or has any suspended players.
