Manchester United - Aston Villa

Eric Lichaj and Aston Villa travel to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United in a crucial Premier League battle.

Lichaj could get the start once again in Aston Villa's backline.

Villa tied Stoke City last on Monday and finds themselves just six points above the relegation zone. They are winless in their last four games.

With the games dwindling in the season, Manchester United is at the top of the standings. They are five points ahead of their cross city rivals' Manchester City and will want the three points to solidify their grasp of first place.

Ciaran Clark, Fabian Delph, and Darren Bent will miss for Villa.

Anderson looks to be a scratch for United.

Liverpool - Everton

Tim Howard and Everton take on cross-city rivals Liverpool in the FA Cup semifinals.

Howard is the regular starter at ‘keeper for Everton and should be in the lineup once again for the Toffees.

Both teams played about a month ago, with Liverpool winning the game despite Everton having the better season thus far.

The Reds beat Stoke City to make it to the semifinal, while the Toffees beat Sunderland in a playback.

Jack Rodwell is injured and looks to miss for Everton.

Jack Robinson, Lucas Leiva, and Martin Kelly will be sidelined for Liverpool.

Tottenham - Chelsea

Brad Friedel and Tottenham Hotspur take on Chelsea in the FA Cup semifinals this weekend at Wembley.

Friedel is the regular starter for Spurs throughout the season, but he has been on the bench generally for FA Cup games. It is questionable whether the American ‘keeper will see the field on Sunday.

In the league, Tottenham is ahead of Chelsea by just two points with games dwindling in the season. Both are going for European soccer next season, but this FA Cup brings even more drama to both teams' seasons.

Spurs beat Bolton in their quarterfinal, while the Blues beat Leicester City.

Michael Dawson, Ledley King and Younes Kaboul look to miss for Spurs.

Branislav Ivanovic will miss for Chelsea.

Derby County - Middlesbrough

Seb Hines and Middlesbrough travel to play Derby County in Championship action.

Hines is a regular starter at defense for Middlesbrough, while Conor Doyle is not expected to feature for Derby.

Middlesbrough is on an eight game winless skid, but they are just two points from a promotion playoff spot.

Derby County is just three points behind Middlesbrough and is aiming for promotion as well. The Rams have just lost one game in their last seven.

Carlisle United - Charlton Athletic

Frank Simek and Carlisle United host Charlton Athletic in League One play.

Simek is a regular starter and should be in the lineup for the Cumbrians.

Carlisle is unbeaten in their last nine games but they trail Notts County by goal differential for the last promotion playoff spot.

Charlton is on top of the standings and poised for automatic promotion.


Zak Whitbread is suffering from a calf problem and is questionable to feature in Norwich City's game against Manchester City.

Jonathan Spector is questionable in Birmingham City's game against Bristol City.

Daniel Potts is not expected to feature in West Ham United's game against Brighton & Hove Albion.

Robbie Findley is not expected to take part in Nottingham Forest's game against Blackpool.

Robbie Rogers hopes to see the field in Leeds United's game against Peterborough United.

Mike Grella and Bury take on AFC Bournemouth in League One play.

Jon Paul Pittman is not expected to play in Oxford United's game against Gillingham.

Neal Kitson and Northampton Town take on Bradford City.
