Maurice Edu and Bursaspor travel to Karabükspor following the midweek international break, although the American's participation is in doubt after the long intercontinental voyage.

Both clubs are tied at 28 points going into Saturday's match and trail leaders Galatasaray by nine. Bursaspor drew with the leaders last week at home 1-1, just after head coach Ertuğrul Sağlam resigned amid a rough patch in the season.

Karabükspor are also coming off a draw which saw them travel to third place Beşiktaş and get away with a point despite being down to 10 men.

Edu has started three consecutive matches for Bursa after making his initial appearance as a second half substitute. He will likely not arrive in Turkey until Friday from international duty in Honduras, which leaves doubt as to whether or not he'll play in central midfield on Saturday.

The hosts will be without Erdem Özgenç, who received two yellow cards last week and will be suspended for this match. They'll also miss Gökhan Ünal and Uğur Uçar both due to injury.

New Bursaspor technical director Hikmet Karaman has lead training this week and hasn't announced any injuries.
